1. Definitions

Services: Generative SEO (GEO/AEO) analysis, reporting and consulting.
Client: Any business or individual purchasing our Services.
Report: Deliverable summarizing findings & recommendations.
Subscription: Recurring plan billed monthly or annually.
Boost: One-time assessment (single purchase, no auto-renewal).

2. Scope of Services

We provide analysis and advisory services only. We do not implement changes on your website. You are responsible for applying recommendations.

3. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate information (URL, languages, locations, competitors).
• Optional: share read-only GA4/GSC access for deeper insights.
• You remain responsible for having rights to share any data.

4. Fees & Payment

• Fees are shown on our website and at checkout at the time of purchase (prices may change from time to time).
• Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually). Payments for started billing periods are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Boost is billed upfront as a single purchase.
• Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and duties.

5. Term, Renewal & Cancellation

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew month-to-month (or year-to-year for annual plans) until cancelled.

Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for the current period.

Plan changes. Upgrades/downgrades usually take effect on the next billing cycle unless confirmed otherwise in writing.

Boost. One-time engagement; no auto-renewal.

6. Delivery

Reports are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after receiving all required information. Delays caused by incomplete information are not our responsibility.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties keep non-public information confidential. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for research or marketing without identifying you.

8. Intellectual Property

Reports remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive license for internal business use. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

9. Liability

Our services are advisory. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic or revenue. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the service in question.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or government actions.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance. For active subscriptions, material changes apply from the next billing cycle.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
